      This website provides general information about online consultations. From this website, Users may access CliFor, a service affiliated with the Company. Users are required to book and receive online consultations using the CliFor system.
    2. In-Person Consultation
      This website provides general information about in-person consultations. From this website, Users may access CliFor, where multiple medical institutions are available. Users may select the medical institution of their choice, make a reservation, and visit the institution.
  2. The Company does not provide clinical diagnosis, treatment, or any other medical practice on this website. All medical decisions regarding the Users’ health conditions are made by CliFor, and Users must explain their symptoms directly to CliFor.
  3. The Company only provides general information and does not guarantee that Users will be able to receive medical services from a medical institution. The final decision as to whether medical services can be provided rests with CliFor.

Article 3
(Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts in relation to the use of this website:

  4. Regardless of whether or not information is provided through this Website, the User shall decide independently on the use of medical services, and the Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for such decisions, except in cases of willful misconduct or negligence by the Company.
  5. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any damage, loss, or infringement of rights arising from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of this Website, except in cases of willful misconduct or negligence by the Company.
  6. Any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between the User and Emz Medical Corporation or any other third party in connection with the use of this Website shall be handled and resolved at the User’s own expense and responsibility, and the Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever, except in cases of willful misconduct or negligence by the Company.

In the event that business operations of the Company or of Emz Medical Corporation are suspended or terminated, or in the event of a large concentration of inquiries, the Company may not be able to respond promptly to inquiries from Users depending on the circumstances of the Website. The User acknowledges this in advance.

Even if the User suffers damage in connection with this Website or this Policy, and even if the Company is liable to the User for contractual, tortious, or other reasons, the Company’s total liability shall not, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, exceed the total amount of medical fees or other contractual costs incurred for the Crifor services used through this Policy. The Company shall not be liable for special, incidental, indirect, future, or consequential damages, or for lost profits.
  9. In the event that, in connection with acts of the User contrary to this Policy, the Company or its affiliates incur any loss, expense, damage, or liability (including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs), the User shall compensate for all such amounts.

The Company does not obtain any information that can identify individual users (such as name, address, telephone number, or email address) in connection with the use of this website.

Article 8
(Severability)

Even if any provision or part of this Policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable under laws or regulations, the remaining provisions or parts of this Policy shall continue to remain fully effective.
